Our Story
Jeff Shepherd spent 20 years in the restaurant business before he decided to take the leap and start his own chocolate company. Initially, Jeff made 4 flavors of truffles at home, which he then took to the local farmer's market. The business quickly blossomed and six years later, employs 9 full-time workers who rotate on a very hectic schedule. What keeps Jeff going, especially during the holiday season, is his desire to pair the perfect ingredients, creating memorable flavor combinations. Above all, he strives to keep the experience fun and hopes to delight his customers on a daily basis."All of our chocolates are made with a proprietary blend of organic couvertures.
