Our Story
Lillie Belle Farms Hand Made Chocolates began as a dream and whim. What to do with 2 acres of organic berries? Make chocolates of course. Founder/Farmer/Chocolatier Jeff Shepherd began selling 4 flavors of rough-hewn truffles out of the trunk of his jeep at local farmers markets. People loved the combination of his fresh berries, dark organic chocolate and fresh Oregon cream so much they wanted more so he dumped all his life savings and a considerable amount of time into creating the finest chocolates he could. Fast forward to 6 years later and the accolades just won't stop. Featured in the New York Times, Martha Stewart, Wall Street Journal, CBS Sunday Morning, The Today Show, Good Morning America, Sunset, The Early Show and thousands of other publications it is apparent that the award winning confections have struck a chord with the public and press alike.Bottom line?
